Turkey and Potato Stir-fry Curry

Ingredients:

  • 500g can Homepride Curry Cook-In-Sauce
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) vegetable oil
  • 450g (1 lb) boneless turkey or chicken – cubed
  • 50g (2 oz) peas
  • 200g (7 oz) cooked potato - cubed

Instructions:

  1. In large frying pan, heat oil and stir-fry turkey for 10 minutes.
  2. Stir in sauce, peas and potato. Simmer for 10 minutes or until turkey is tender, stirring occasionally.
  3. Serve with rice and enjoy!
