Stir-fry Chicken Curry

Ingredients:

  • 500g Homepride Curry Cook-In-Sauce
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) vegetable oil
  • 600g (1 lb 5 oz) boneless chicken - cut into strips
  • 1 red and 1 green pepper - cut into strips
  • 75g (3 oz) cashew nuts (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In large frying pan, heat oil and stir-fry chicken for 5 minutes.
  2. Add peppers and continue stir-frying for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in sauce and nuts and simmer for 2 minutes.
  4. Serve with rice or noodles and enjoy!
