Ingredients:

  • 15ml (1tbsp) vegetable oil
  • 1 onion – chopped
  • 1 red pepper- chopped
  • 500g jar Homepride Korma Cook-In-Sauce
  • 100g (3 oz) frozen peas
  • 350g (12 oz) large peeled prawns
  • 15ml (1 tsp) chopped coriander to garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a large frying pan, heat oil and stir-fry onion and pepper for 5 minutes. Stir in sauce and simmer gently for 5 minutes, stirring regularly.
  2. Add in the peas and prawns and simmer for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Garnish with coriander and serve.
