Mash Topped Chicken Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1x500g jar Homepride Chicken Supreme Cook-In-Sauce
  • 1 small head of broccoli, cut into small florets
  • 2 ready cooked chicken breasts
  • 1 x 198g can sweetcorn, drained
  • 600g mashed potato

Instructions:

  1. Bring a pan of water to the boil, add the broccoli and cook for 2 minutes drain well, and return to the pan.
  2. Cut the chicken into large chunks.
  3. Add the chicken, sweetcorn and Supreme Sauce to the pan, mix well.
  4. Pour mixture into a 1½ litre ovenproof dish.
  5. Preheat oven to 180ºC / Gas 5 / Fan 160ºC.
  6. Top the chicken mixture with creamy mash potato.
  7. Bake pie in oven for 30 - 40 minutes until potato is golden brown.
  8. Delicious served with crusty bread and a green salad.
