Creamy Cheese and Ham Potato Bake

Ingredients:

  • 3 medium potatoes (600g) peeled and thinly sliced to ½cm
  • 1x500g jar Homepride Creamy Cheese and Ham Potato Bake
  • 100g cheese, grated

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 225ºC/Gas7.
  2. Thinly slice potatoes (about ½cm).
  3. Layer half the potatoes and half the sauce in a 1.5L (2¾pt) shallow ovenproof dish.
  4. Repeat layers using remainder of potatoes and sauce ensuring all potatoes are covered.
  5. Cover dish with foil and bake for 50 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle on cheese. Return to the oven uncovered, for 10 minutes. Leave to stand for 5 minutes and enjoy!
