Roast Chicken and Vegetable Pie

Ingredients:

  • 350g left over roast chicken (can be dark or white meat, or a mix of both)
  • 150g Green Vegetables (eg green beans, peas, leeks)
  • 1x500g jar Homepride Roast Chicken Casserole Sauce
  • 1x340g Pack Puff Pastry with milk to glaze

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180C/Gas5.
  2. Dice up the roast chicken into roughly even pieces. Mix with the vegetables and Homepride Roast Chicken casserole Sauce.
  3. Place into a Pie Dish.
  4. Brush brim of pie dish with milk and cover pie with pastry. Trim spare pastry and press edges to seal pie. Brush pastry with milk to glaze.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes or until pastry is golden and filling is piping hot.
  6. Great served with oven chips and salad.
