Pork Chops in Red Wine and Mushroom Gravy

Ingredients:

  • 500g can Homepride Red Wine Cook-in-Sauce
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) vegetable oil
  • 4 lean pork chops
  • 1 onion – sliced
  • 1 onion – sliced
  • 225g (8 oz) mushrooms- sliced

Instructions:

  1. In large frying pan, heat oil and fry chops for 5 minutes on each side or until brown.
  2. Add onion and mushrooms and fry for 5 minutes, stirring regularly.
  3. Stir in sauce and simmer for 10 minutes, or until chops are tender, stirring occasionally.
  4. Serve with seasonal vegetables and enjoy!
